200g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed
½ cup thick yogurt
1 tbsp gram flour (besan)

1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
For Masala (Curry):
2 tbsp oil or butter
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
¼ cup fresh cream
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Step 1: Marinate the Paneer
In a bowl, mix yogurt, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, salt, and oil.
Add paneer cubes to this marinade and coat them well.
